Janice Lee Bohn, age 73, passed away May 30, 2016, in Prescott Valley, Arizona. She was born in Washington, D.C., to Alva Robert and Marie Violet Pettay Matlack.
She was an LPN, volunteered at the Police Department and was the Office Manager for the Bethel Baptist Church in Prescott Valley, Arizona. Jan was an avid reader and a devout Christian. She was very organized, remembering birthdays and planning family events.
She is survived by: daughter, Julie Towne; son, Dennis (Robbie) Bohn; daughter-in-law Tara (David) Bohn; grandchildren, Jennifer, Travis Julianna, Brett, James, Dwayne, Christa, Ashley, and Ryan; her sisters, Peggy Goodsell, Kathy Kahus and Kellie Hafen; her brother, Randy Weazer.
She was preceded in death by two sons, David Bohn, Douglas Bohn and brother, Mark Weaver.
Funeral Services
- Funeral services will be Tuesday, June 7, 2016, at 11 a.m. at Spilsbury Mortuary, 110 S. Bluff St., St. George, Utah.
- Visitation will be 9 to 10 a.m., prior to services.
- Interment will be in the St. George City Cemetery.
