Jeffrey Paul Hafen passed away from natural causes Dec. 4, 2015, in St. George, Utah.
Funeral services
- Funeral services will be Tuesday, Dec. 8, 11 a.m., in the Spilsbury Mortuary, 110 S. Bluff St., St. George, Utah.
- Visitations will be in the Spilsbury Mortuary, Monday, Dec. 7, 6-8 p.m.
- Additional visitations will be Tuesday, 9:30-10:30 a.m., prior to services.
- Interment will be in the Tonaquint Cemetery, St. George, Utah.
