Viola ReNae Quinto

Viola ReNae Quinto, 75, of St. George, Utah, died on Oct. 15, 2023. She was born on July 16, 1948, in Murray, Utah, Salt Lake County, to the late Max Callicott Egbert and Viola Beth Shulsen. ReNae was preceded in death by her brother Alma Demar.

ReNae is survived by her loving husband Donald J. Quinto and their two sons Steven D. Quinto and Michael A. Quinto. She was also a cherished grandmother to her grandchildren Hailey R. Quinto Hannah N. Quinto and Steven Quinto Jr. Egbert siblings Richard Max, Naomi Jean, Sherry Lynn, Deborah Louise, Rhonda Kay, Paul S. Dixie Lee, Connie Elizabeth and Daniel Edward.

ReNae graduated from Bingham High School and moved to Downey, California, where she lived most of her life and raised a family.

She went on to pursue higher education at Cerritos College and had a successful career as a physical therapy assistant. She later returned to Utah where she always felt was her true home. She settled in Santa Clara where she enjoyed the red rock view from her patio and the visiting quail.

ReNae was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where she found solace in her faith and received her endowment. In her free time, ReNae enjoyed serving in the Relief Society Presidency, as well as indulging in hobbies such as sewing, knitting, quilting, cooking and baking.

There will be a visitation for ReNae on Saturday, Oct. 21, at 10 a.m. at Larkin Funeral Home, 3688 West 12600 South, Riverton, Utah.

The funeral service will follow at 11 a.m. in the Larking Funeral Home Chapel.

Interment will take place in the Riverton City Cemetery.
