Lorna Martindale Terry graduated this life Saturday, June 13, 2015. She fought a long courageous battle with Parkinson’s disease. She slipped away peacefully surrounded by her family and husband of 60 years, Wendell Terry.
She was welcomed home by son John Gardner, parents Cleora (Petersen) Martindale and Lyman Martindale; sisters, Delna Martindale and Pamela Martindale; grandparents, Lucy Martindale and Leah and Joseph Petersen who proceeded her in death.
She is survived by husband Wendell Terry; sons Dale (Debbie) Terry, Scott (Paula) Terry, Craig (Tammy) Terry; and daughters Robyn Terry, Sandy Pett, Lori (Jeff) Burton. She is survived by one sister Joyce (Sterling) Purser, and brothers J. Donel (Shirley) Martindale and David L. (Joan) Martindale. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren.
Funeral Services
- Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 20, at 10 a.m. at the Pueblo LDS Chapel, 303 S. Cholla Street, Henderson, Nevada.
- A viewing will be held Friday, June 19 from 6-8 p.m. and Saturday, 9-10 a.m. prior to services at the chapel.
- Graveside services will be Saturday, at 4:30 p.m. in the Enterprise City Cemetery, Enterprise.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Spilsbury Mortuary.
