Albert Lyle Stringham, 88, of Beryl, Utah, passed away peacefully at home on Nov. 2, 2022, surrounded by his loving family. Lyle was born on Dec. 19, 1933, to Albert Earl and Hattie Weaver Stringham. He married the love of his life, Barbara Stock, on June 19, 1956.
From an early age, Lyle liked to work. He loved the outdoors – hiking, fishing, hunting and he had a love for all animals. He went to school in Southern Utah at Woodward/Dixie High. He worked several jobs throughout his life, including railing trees, working on a dairy farm and operating heavy equipment for Washington County. His proudest endeavor was his hobby farm with a little of everything.
Lyle loved his family. He was happiest at family events, working with his grandchildren on the farm, cutting hay or chasing the troublemakers with the garden hose. We will miss his practical jokes and antics. He always made everyone laugh.
Lyle is survived by his loving wife Barbara S. Stringham; his children Brenda (Rex) Buckner, Debra (Brandt) Adams, Bradley Lyle Stringham, Ronald Ellis Stringham; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
