Sharol Joan Grow Jenkins Cooper, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend, died on Sept. 30. Joan was born on June 18, 1941, to parents Joseph Wayne and Lottie May Grow. She was married to Don Paul Jenkins until his passing, and then was married to Richard Donald Cooper.
She is survived by her two daughters, Teresa Osborne and Cheryl Jenkins, along with seven grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
A viewing will be held on Monday, Oct. 3, from 10-10:45 a.m. at Spilsbury Mortuary.
Funeral services will be Monday, Oct. 3, at 11 a.m., Spilsbury Mortuary Chapel, 110 S Bluff St. , St. George, Utah.
Interment will take place on Tuesday, Oct. 4, at 10 a.m. at the Enoch City Cemetery, 1580 E Sunrise Drive, Enoch, Utah.
The family acknowledges and thanks all of her caregivers from Beehive House of Hurricane for their excellent care and dedication to her.
